Dr. Moonsamy became the owner of Eye Care Optometry in 2000. At the same time, her brother, Neil Moonsamy, left his career in bio-tech to help manage the practice. Together with their parents, Sue and Sam Moonsamy, who still help out on occasion, they have made this family business a successful and beloved optometry practice in Oakland.

Dr. Moonsamy is the owner of the practice. She graduated from the University of California, Berkeley in 1997. She has over 21 years of experience in optometry and is licensed to examine, diagnose, treat, and manage eye diseases. |
